Overview

The Olga's Kitchen journey began in the mid-1960s when founder, Olga Loizon, returned to the Mediterranean to reconnect with her family. This visit inspired what would become an iconic Michigan brand.

The first step was purchasing an authentic vertical rotisserie. However, in the 1960s, women didn't typically own businesses, and Olga was refused the machine. Undeterred, she found another way.

Today, Olga's Kitchen is owned and operated by TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants. Our team of 700+ is committed to:

Responsibilities:

* Assisting in the kitchen as needed
* Maintaining a clean, orderly work area
* Washing dishes
* Adhering to food safety standards
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required
* Mobility required during the entire shift (bending, twisting, etc.) along with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
