Key Responsibilities

Our Physical Therapists are responsible for assessing and treating patients with physical limitations using various therapeutic modalities. The primary objective is to assist individuals facing physical challenges in enhancing their mobility, functionality, and independence in daily activities. We offer specialized programs, including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement.

Physical Therapists deliver skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and provide education to families and other healthcare team members. All services are conducted in alignment with physician directives and the established care plan, under the supervision of the Branch Director.

Qualifications

  • Valid state driver's license required.
  • Automobile liability insurance is necessary.
  • Seatbelt use is mandatory while driving.
  • Reliable transportation in good working order is essential.
  • Ability to drive in various weather conditions is required.
  • Current licensure in the state of employment is mandatory.
