We are looking for a highly skilled Audiologist to supervise our team of audiometric technicians and lead our occupational hearing conservation efforts. As a Staff Audiologist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing hearing conservation programs for industrial workers across the USA.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing audiology reviews to identify potential hearing problems and develop corrective actions.
  • Developing and delivering training programs for audiometric technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills to conduct effective hearing screenings.
  • Providing backup support to our mobile units as needed.
  • Preparing written reports on Standard Threshold Shifts and their relation to work-related injuries.
  • Representing HCI at industry conferences and events to promote our services and build relationships with key stakeholders.

What We Offer:
