Job Title: Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Byrne | Zizzi, CPA. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and projects, providing tax planning and compliance services, and leading a team of tax professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies for clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, reports, and other tax-related documents.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their tax needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring that clients are informed and compliant.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Five (5) years' experience in tax, preferably at a CPA firm.
  • Current CPA license.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with spreadsheets, including creating formulas and managing data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
