Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective EHS programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into business decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective communication.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., environmental science, safety engineering, or a related field).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in EHS management, with a strong background in regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
