OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work within a school environment, delivering essential speech and language services to students with diverse communication needs.
Responsibilities- Perform assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Create and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals.
- Administer direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions and techniques.
- Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and other professionals to enhance students' progress and communication skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
