Host Job Description

At Keke's Breakfast Cafe, we're looking for a friendly and welcoming Host to join our team. As a Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, making them feel at home.
  • Manage the seating process, ensuring guests are seated efficiently and comfortably.
  • Communicate with guests about wait times and estimated seating times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with the server team to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized host area, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • No prior restaurant experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
