Intensive Care Unit Nurse Specialist

About the RoleThe ICU Nurse will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and advanced nursing skills. As a specialist in this field, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing critically ill patients, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
We offer an attractive compensation package, including a competitive salary range based on your experience: $2317.00 per week. In addition to a strong financial package, we also offer opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care nursing.
- RN license in the state of California.
- Minimum 1 year of ICU experience, preferably in a telemetry unit.
- Advanced knowledge of critical care principles, medications, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
