Your responsibilities -

As a Senior Operations Logistics Specialist, you will oversee and manage the organization’s warehouse operations, which include receiving, processing, packaging, and storing supplies, materials, and equipment. You will play a key role in preparing and coordinating schedules for shipping and receiving, managing the flow of goods, and optimizing warehouse space. Additionally, you will ensure the efficiency of operational procedures, effective space utilization, and the upkeep and safeguarding of facilities and equipment.

  • Review inventory records to assess the availability of requested items and participate in cycle counts as needed.
  • Compile and verify incoming and outgoing kits for adherence to specifications and usage requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to comply with safety regulations.
  • Inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damages to supervisors.
  • Support and implement Quality initiatives throughout the branch.
  • Collaborate with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries.
  • Manage inventory by tracking records that reflect product movement, alerting departments when specific items are low, or when orders may deplete available stock.
  • Coordinate with internal resources for alternative product sourcing (e.g., loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments).
Qualifications -
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience - required.
  • Experience in Warehouse/Inventory Control in a fast-paced environment - preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent - required.
  • Associate's Degree - preferred.
  • Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record - required.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. - required.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as necessary to meet business needs - required.
Travel Requirement: 10%
