Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator-Leadman-2nd Shift Only

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Lathe Operator-Leadman to join our team at SXS Industries. As a CNC Lathe Operator-Leadman, you will be responsible for setting and running CNC lathes and mills, as well as leading a small staff of 3 or 4 people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality parts.
  • Lead a small team of CNC operators to ensure efficient and effective production.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in CNC machining and leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC lathe and mill operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
