Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Description

The successful candidate will promote oral health by completing dental prophylaxis, performing oral cancer screenings, and charting conditions of decay and disease. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing patients for dental hygiene treatment
  • Maintaining instrumentation for dental hygiene treatment
  • Capturing diagnostic radiographs
  • Completing dental prophylaxis
  • Detecting disease through oral cancer screening and periodontal assessment
  • Maintaining dental supplies inventory
  • Documenting dental hygiene services

Qualifications and Education Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • An Associate degree in Dental Hygiene (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 3 years of experience (new graduates welcome)
  • Basic Life Support techniques/CPR certification
  • Excellent communication skills
