Job Summary: Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced Outpatient Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for providing exceptional patient care and be committed to delivering high-quality services.
About the Role: As an Outpatient Registered Nurse, you will work closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive hemodialysis services. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and their families on dialysis procedures and self-care techniques.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a current RN license, at least 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, and a minimum of 3 months of experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
