TotalMed Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist to join our team on a 13-week travel assignment.

Job Overview:

This role offers guaranteed hours of up to 36 hours per week, with a 12-hour shift. Our client is a community hospital in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, working closely with healthcare professionals to monitor, record, and communicate patient condition.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support.
  • Evaluate patient learning needs and provide targeted education to promote understanding and independence.
  • Advocate for patients' physical and emotional well-being, ensuring their unique needs are met.
Requirements:
  • At least one (1) year of acute care experience in a hospital setting.
  • Relevant certifications for the position.
  • Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrate adherence to our code of conduct and compliance policies.
  • Excellent communication skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
