We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Consultant to join our team at Achieving True Self. As a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, we are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment to individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
- Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and supervisees
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, or behavior specialist
- BCaBA/BCBA Certification or equivalent experience and training
- Minimum 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services
- Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
