Job Summary:

Michael Foods, Inc. is seeking a skilled Liquid Processor to join our team in Gaylord, Minnesota. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating computerized process systems, maintaining a safe and sterile work environment, and ensuring the highest quality products are produced.

Responsibilities:

• Operate HTST processing system, CIP system, and record time, temperature, pressure, and flow rates as required.
• Detect and report system abnormalities to prevent damage to the system or product.
• Understand aseptic system operations, sanitation, bacterial control, and sterilization processes to achieve high quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor maintenance repairs.
• Coordinate with packaging lead to ensure timely hook up and startup of production lines.
• Clean silos, mix room, totes, pumps, UHT press, and CIP lines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot CIP systems to ensure proper operation.
• Check chemical concentration to ensure compliance with company and USDA standards.
• Prepare written reports and maintain assigned logs, records, and documentation as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to six months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to work in high and confined spaces while following safety procedures.
• Ability to work overtime and/or weekends as required.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish-English) a plus.
