About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Reconciliation Team Supervisor. As a key member of our Recon team, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective and successful execution of operational functions within Recon.

This role involves performing duties as a Gatekeeper, ensuring delivery routes are properly departed through scheduled checks, collecting pre-con paperwork, providing recon backup, conducting recon training, and adhering to recon and end of day driver check in through operational procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Leadership Guidance: Provides clear guidance and motivation to the Recon Department, ensuring all duties are performed according to departmental guidelines through open and clear communication.
  2. Gate Keeper: Assures the completion of pre-trip vehicle inspections using the Samsara App, collects daily load outs, and attaches route cover sheets.
  3. Recon: Covers for absent Recon Personnel, assists the Operations Manager with training all recon personnel, organizes daily route paperwork and office tasks, and ensures the accuracy and accountability of recon procedures and daily tasks.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications: Prior use of VIP or similar software package, knowledge of transportation inspection, highly organized and detail-oriented, must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
