Role Summary

We are seeking a University Barista to join our team at the University of Evansville Resident Dining. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso drinks to our customers, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and Serve Coffee and Espresso Drinks: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks to our customers, using standard recipes and ingredients.
2. Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
3. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

• Barista Experience: Previous experience as a barista is highly desirable.
• Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
