We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team at DispatchHealth Management. As a key member of our clinical care team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes.

We deliver trusted, compassionate care to all in the comfort of home. Our innovative model allows us to provide definitive care in the home, including point-of-care laboratory studies, minor procedures, and whole-person care through timely follow-up and care coordination.

About the Role:
  • You will work as part of a clinical care team with a DHMT (DispatchHealth Medical Technician) to deliver care in patients' homes through our innovative in-home care service lines.
  • You will perform comprehensive health assessments and diagnose and treat complex illnesses.
  • You will provide therapeutic interventions, such as splinting, suturing, wound care, and minor procedures.
  • You will use critical thinking skills and follow evidence-based standards of practice.
What You'll Do:

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working independently and as part of a clinical care team to deliver care in patients' homes.
  • Performing comprehensive health assessments and diagnosing and treating complex illnesses.
  • Providing therapeutic interventions, such as splinting, suturing, wound care, and minor procedures.
  • Using critical thinking skills and following evidence-based standards of practice.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of two years of experience as an APP in the Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital, Family Practice, Cardiac, Pulmonary, or other relevant areas.
  • A graduate degree from an accredited institution.
  • A current, unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate.
  • National board certification, current.
  • Current BLS required, ACLS certification preferred.
  • Prescriptive authority and DEA.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, family leave, and short-term disability leave.
