We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our healthcare team at Nextaff. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide clinical social work services to individuals with diverse needs, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy.
Responsibilities- Perform clinical social work with individuals, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans in collaboration with the team.
- Provide individual and group therapy as outlined in the treatment plan, promoting patient well-being and recovery.
- Conduct suicide and crisis risk assessments and interventions, ensuring patient safety and support.
- Coordinate discharge planning, accessing community resources and services to support patient needs.
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.) licensure in California.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in clinical social work.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
