About the Role

We are looking for a sales professional who is passionate about building relationships and driving business growth. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client base, researching new business opportunities, and supervising a small team. You will also be responsible for training and developing incoming team members on our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities
  • Supervise team activity and results, and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our CRM system
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve business goals

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Licensing Requirements

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation
