Carside Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Carside Server to join our team at Applebee's. As a Carside Server, you will be the first point of contact for our guests over the phone and the last impression as you deliver their order with a smile. Your role will involve making recommendations, anticipating the needs of our guests, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take phone orders and deliver food to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences and dietary needs
• Anticipate the needs of guests and offer assistance as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
