CNC Machinist Position

Microwave Techniques, a leading manufacturer of high-power RF industrial components, is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Gorham, Maine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to fabricate high-power RF components with precision and accuracy.
- Set up and calibrate CNC machines for each project, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
- Verify settings by measuring first-run parts and checking samples to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Produce high-quality components in accordance with customer requirements, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to workplace safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating CNC machines, including setup and machine troubleshooting.
- Completion of a vocational program and/or Associate's Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to interpret and understand setup instructions, blueprints, and documents to meet client expectations.
- Mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge of functional terms, techniques, and processes.
- Attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality components.
