Job Summary

The Senior Service Center Analyst will utilize their analytical and problem-solving skills to improve processes and solve complex problems. This role requires a strong understanding of Service Center technologies, HR information systems, and system interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Develop and implement new and innovative ways to automate functions and processes
  • Facilitate project meetings and lead initiatives for implementation of new processes and/or procedures
  • Effectively communicate with business users to gather functional requirements and use cases
  • Monitor and measure continuous improvement outcomes
Requirements
  • BA or BS Degree with concentration in human resources, information technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in IS, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, or similar function
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Service Center technologies and HR information systems
