We are seeking a skilled Oncology Nurse to join our team at Paris Regional Health, a leading healthcare provider in Texas.

About the Role

This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and benefits. As an Advanced Oncology Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our health system.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to over $110,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition to your base pay, you can expect:

  • Shift differentials: $3.50 for evening shifts, $4.00 for night shifts, and $3.50 for weekend shifts
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans

Key Responsibilities

As an Advanced Oncology Care Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator
  2. Shaping exceptional patient journeys every day and leveraging your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Graduated from an accredited nursing school
  • Current state RN license
  • Basic Life Support certification required
  • 1 year of experience in oncology preferred
  • Chemotherapy certification preferred
  • Successful completion of arrhythmia course within six months of hire
