About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Chico's FAS, Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
  • Sales and Merchandise: Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers; recommend merchandise selections or help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
  • Visual Merchandising: Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
  • Operational Excellence: Support replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant; assist with locate fulfillment and visual presentations.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Retail or sales experience preferred; must be 16 years of age or older; excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Constant walking/standing; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.; frequent climbing.
