This organization is in search of a Senior Manager of Finance to facilitate its expansion objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and supervising capital transactions, which encompass tax equity, equity, and project-level debt financing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead debt and equity financing transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and negotiations.
  2. Collaborate with the development team to provide insights and support for mergers and acquisitions.
  3. Partner with senior leadership to establish internal processes for development, financial planning and analysis, and mergers and acquisitions.
  4. Conduct comprehensive tax equity modeling, considering various financial structures; work with the team on internal financial models.
Experience and Qualifications:
  1. 5-10 years of experience in finance and/or accounting, preferably within the renewable energy or power sectors.
  2. Experience with tax equity transactions is essential.
  3. Strong understanding of project finance, financial modeling, and valuation methodologies.
  4. Proven experience in leading and/or developing a deal team.
  5. Expertise in creating and managing financial models tailored to renewable energy projects.
