Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and coordinate quality patient care under physician orders.
  • Assess patient condition and report changes in condition to the supervisor or physician as necessary.
  • Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner.
  • Participate in updating the nursing care plan.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
