As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of geothermal heating and cooling systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of installation technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
  • Oversee the installation of geothermal systems, including piping connections, circulation pumps, and purging systems
  • Conduct site assessments and develop installation plans to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Possession of a Class A CDL
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects (60-80 lbs) by hand
  • Strong initiative and not afraid to ask questions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and take constructive feedback
  • Reliable and punctual with a great attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A safety-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with skid loaders and excavators
  • Landscape or plumbing experience
