Position Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive health care services at our HealthHub locations. This role is ideal for both new graduates and seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver holistic, evidence-based care through accurate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of common family health issues.
- Provide health education and counseling, including pregnancy prevention and STI prevention.
- Administer immunizations and injections, ensuring patients receive appropriate vaccine counseling.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of two years of relevant medical experience or equivalent.
- Completion of the DOT certification exam within the initial employment period.
- Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Spanish, is advantageous.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to comply with safety protocols, including wearing a respirator mask when necessary.
Preferred:
- Experience with electronic health records systems such as Epic.
- Background in emergency care, urgent care, primary care, or retail health settings.
Educational Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and valid state license.
Compensation and Benefits:
The typical pay range for this role is competitive and reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonuses and various benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
