Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at JBS USA Holdings, Inc. in Worthington. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products while maintaining a productive work environment.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have experience working in quality assurance, preferably in a food processing facility. They will supervise QA employees, monitor production procedures, and perform quality control functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and strong organizational skills. A high school degree or equivalent is required, and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise QA employees and ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Monitor production and maintenance settings to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Perform quality control functions, including line inspections and audits.
- Inspect products to ensure compliance with company specifications.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.

Requirements:
- Experience working in quality assurance, preferably in a food processing facility.
- Computer skills and production experience preferred.
- High school degree or equivalent required.

Working Conditions:
Production and maintenance settings; exposure to chemicals, machinery, and knives; slippery floors, extreme temperatures, and loud noises.
