Neonatal Nursing Specialist

Job Overview:
This role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide specialized care in Neonatal units. As a Neonatal Registered Nurse, you will assess, monitor, and manage neonates, collaborating with the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to newborns in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) or similar settings.
- Assess neonates' health status, monitor vital signs, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans for neonates and their families.
- Perform neonatal assessments, including developmental screenings and feeding evaluations, to ensure optimal growth and development.
- Educate parents on newborn care, breastfeeding techniques, and neonatal health issues for a smooth transition to home care.
Requirements:
- Current RN license
- BLS certification
- Two years of recent Neonatal RN experience
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
