**Responsibilities**
* Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
* Implement and evaluate care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Participate in education and training programs to stay up-to-date on best practices
**Qualifications**
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
* Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Indiana
* At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric care, mental or behavioral health, or addiction recovery
**What We Offer**
* Competitive hourly rates between $40-$45 per hour, based on experience
* $5 per hour night shift differential, $7 weekend day shift (Sat and Sun) and $10 weekend night shift differential
