Asphalt Technician

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Technician to join our team at Action Asphalt LLC. This is a full-time position based in Michigan, with opportunities for raises and bonuses.
As an Asphalt Technician, you will be responsible for shoveling, tamping, and sealcoating asphalt surfaces. You will also operate machinery such as rollers, screw trucks, and CDL vehicles (if applicable). Additionally, you may assist with machine operation, skid steer, loader, and backhoe operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent physical stamina, be reliable, and dependable. They should also be willing to work long hours and maintain a drug-free environment.
Benefits and CompensationWe offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 401(k), medical insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance.
