- Demonstrated experience in a managerial capacity within the automotive service sector.
- Strong knowledge of administrative and financial processes specific to automotive service departments.
- Ability to tackle practical challenges and navigate various situations with limited standardization.
- Expertise in automotive service management software, specifically Reynolds & Reynolds, with a minimum of three years of recent experience.
