We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Verizon Customer Service Associate to join our team as a key contributor to our marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing directives, serving as the brand's face and voice, building quality relationships with new clientele, maintaining existing customer accounts, and contributing to quarterly and annual production goals.

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal, while interacting with customers and colleagues.\
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to engage with new and existing customers, driving sales pipeline growth.\
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits based on individualized needs, addressing objections and questions throughout the sales process.\
  • Provide prompt, effective, and professional responses to all account inquiries.\
  • Participate in regular product training sessions with team-mates and upper-level management.\
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, excellent communication skills, a tenacious desire for growth and knowledge, and a driven mindset with impeccable time management skills and a superior work ethic.\
  • The salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.\
