Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

TK Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Wharton County Jail, Texas.

Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a correctional setting. You will work closely with our team to ensure the health and well-being of inmates, while also maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to inmates, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with our medical team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical practices and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
Requirements:
  • Valid, unrestricted LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a background check
