Brightsmith | B Corp is seeking a highly skilled Electrolyzer Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with electrolyzer device integration.
Responsibilities:
- Work on electrolyzer device integration, including understanding the impact of integration processes on performance.
- Model electrochemical devices.
- Improve cell performance and optimization.
- Work as a subject matter expert for the R&D team.
Requirements:
- PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in measuring, analyzing, and enhancing electrochemical devices, with a focus on electrolyzers.
- Proven ability to thrive in and lead a collaborative team environment.
- Strong drive for materials and technology innovation.
- Minimum of three years of relevant R&D experience.
- Four or more years of industrial R&D experience in a relevant technology space.
- Understanding of how cell components influence electrolyzer performance.
