Job Description:

As a Personal Trainer, you will work closely with our members to create customized fitness plans, educate them on proper exercise techniques, and provide ongoing support and motivation to help them achieve their goals. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in personal training.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized training plans for members
• Educate clients on proper form and technique for various exercises
• Maintain a safe and clean fitness environment
• Assist with member engagement and retention initiatives
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in personal training

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Personal training experience preferred but not required
• Nationally accredited personal training certification

Salary Estimate: Based on national averages, we estimate this role will pay between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
