Division Head

VSR Industries is seeking a highly skilled Division Manager to oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of all items received from suppliers or production shops. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and business administration.

• Plan, organize, and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution operations to ensure a smooth and consistent operation.
• Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Verify orders, bills, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehouse activities and employee performance.
• Produce regular reports and statistics.
• Train employees on process control and inventory control.
• Ensure adherence to all warehouse, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehousing, receiving, inventory control, or materials management in a manufacturing environment, with 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Excellent communication skills.
