Requirements
- Knowledge of predominant operating systems including Windows 7, Windows 10, and above, as well as Mac OS
- Familiarity with Internet Explorer and Office Suite applications
- Ability to diagnose and resolve problems by distinguishing between local hardware, application, and network problems
