Donation Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at Country Club Store (Country Club & Southern). As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, receiving donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to donors and customers, ensuring a positive experience and promoting sales for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona.
- Receive and process donations in a timely and courteous manner, placing items in the appropriate location in the production room or sales floor.
- Ensure that all donations are properly labeled and receipted, and that hazardous materials are disposed of safely.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading furniture or other items to and from vehicles, and maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
- Conduct daily safety inspections on company-owned equipment and follow all safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass a forklift certification class and operate equipment safely.
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older and pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.
