Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and complete health care records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Administer medications to patients and monitor them for side effects and reactions, utilizing your expertise to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
- Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions, providing timely updates to the healthcare team.
- Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans, working closely with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Record patient vital signs and medical information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Nursing or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Nursing or relevant area.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse and BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification.
