Medical Risk Assessment Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult-geriatric care, with experience in home risk assessments and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes. You'll work collaboratively with our team to develop tailored care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
This is a part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling, allowing you to balance your professional and personal responsibilities. With a competitive hourly rate of $95.00 or $110.00 based on county, you'll be rewarded for your expertise and dedication.
