The GC Retail Repair Tech RoleWe are seeking an experienced Guitar Repair Technician to join our team in Store 425. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service while performing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Service customer-owned instruments with precision and craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear and complete warranty repair work
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Additional duties as assigned by management
