Job Summary

Kemper, a leading specialized insurer, is seeking a Sales Manager to work with agents in their assigned territory and report to the Oklahoma City office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise agents (average of seven) assigned to the territory.
  • Prospect for agent candidates and continuously work with assigned agents to ensure they meet sales and collection targets.
  • Conduct business inspections in the field and by phone to ensure company policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Provide service for agencies without an assigned agent.
  • Report to the District Manager.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales management or equivalent experience.
  • Fully licensed in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty.
