We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant in Canton, Ohio. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely and provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health, vision, dental, and 401(k) plans. You will also receive liability insurance coverage and stipends under certain circumstances.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders, developing individualized treatment plans based on these evaluations, and providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings. You will also collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license or equivalent
- Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress
