Neonatal Respiratory Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Orlando, Florida. As a travel RRT, you will have the opportunity to work in a neonatal intensive care unit and provide high-quality patient care.
About the JobThis is a 13-week contract with 36 hours of work per week. You will be required to work 12-hour night shifts. The pay rate for this position is $1602.52 per hour, which translates to a estimated annual salary of $333,085.04.
ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibility will be to provide respiratory care to neonatal patients in the intensive care unit. This includes:
- Assessing patient conditions and developing treatment plans
- Administering medications and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Maintaining patient records and reporting progress to healthcare teams
You will also be responsible for collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
RequirementsTo be eligible for this position, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level 3 or 4 NICU setting
- NRP and PALS certifications
- Experience with ventilator management, blood gas analysis, and jet ventilator & NAVA expertise
You should also have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
