Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions, including post-surgical, general orthopedic, vestibular, concussion, neuro, pelvic health, ACL program, hand therapy, FCEs, POETs, and fall prevention.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration required.
  • Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
