Key Responsibilities- Assess and Plan Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans to address these needs and promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Implement and Evaluate Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient responses. Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Provide Education and Support: Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families during times of need.
- Current RN License: Possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS Certification: Hold current BLS certification.
- Experience: One year of experience in an acute care hospital setting, preferably in the Operating Room.
