Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform welding of metal components according to blueprint specifications utilizing MIG/TIG techniques.
  • Conduct inspections of materials prior to welding.
  • Set up welding equipment as required.
  • Utilize hand tools effectively.
  • Operate and maintain welding machinery.
  • Execute repetitive production tasks as necessary.
  • Keep the work area organized and clean.
  • Adapt to various duties or workstations based on production demands.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in MIG/TIG welding.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and measuring components.
  • Capable of meeting productivity benchmarks and completing tasks in a timely manner.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
  • Physical capability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs. or more.
  • Reliable and detail-oriented.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in metal shop production.
  • Familiarity with aluminum welding.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook).
Work Schedule:

Full-time, 1st shift, Monday to Friday.
